Our Purpose
Our purpose of this organization is to promote revitalization in the enterprise district through an entrepreneurial resource and visitors center, hosting educational programs and events, historical preservation, and museum exhibits to encourage downtown San Bernardino's growth through mentoring, workshops, support, and advocacy.
Located inside of The Historic Enterprise Building, a beloved landmark built in 1927 that has become a community pillar, serving over 100,000 visitors, helping 100+ businesses, and hosting 200+ events since 2017.
E Street Alley Murals: Phase II
E Street Alley: Phase II (April 2025): Secured a $5,000 grant to fund downtown cleanup and paint materials, building on Phase I from 2021 done by The Enterprise Building.
Interactive Art Installation (2025): Funded nine brand-new "selfie" murals created by local artists to beautify Downtown San Bernardino.
Grand Ribbon Cutting (August 16, 2025): Unveiled the project with an official introduction by Mayor Helen Tran honoring eight local artists.
Collaborative Backing: Supported by six key community and government partners, including the City of San Bernardino and Bloomberg Center for Public Innovation.
Clothing Giveaways
National Sock Day (2024)
The Enterprise District Inc. gave over 200 pairs of socks away to celebrate.
Weekly Homeless Outreach (Since 2023)
The Enterprise District Inc. gives away new and lightly used clothing in collaboration with a local pastor and church who give food to individuals experiencing insecure housing and homelessness. Over 600 neighbors have been helped!
San Bernardino Lunar New Year (2025)
The Enterprise District, Inc. gave away 120 pairs of socks and shirts to kids age 10 to 18.

The Enterprise District advances the revitalization, preservation, and celebration of the historic downtown San Bernardino community through mentoring, educational classes, inclusive workshops, resource programs, support, advocacy, events, exhibitions, initiatives, and beautification projects.
